Kickoff
A short call about your business and goals, then read-only access to where the site lives: code, hosting, and project tools. Nothing to set up or polish in advance.
Step 2 · Weeks 1 to 2
Assessment
We review how the work gets done, how solid the site is, and what you're paying for, combining what the systems show with short conversations.
Step 3 · Week 3
Report and debrief
A written report with clear grades, the issues that matter most, what you're overpaying for, and what to do about each. Then a call in plain language.

Who's behind Pulse
Pulse is run by Brian McCabe, who spent 10 years leading software teams as an engineering manager. He started Pulse to give business owners the same clear view of their site, their developers, and their costs that a great technical director would.
He has led in-house, offshore, and hybrid teams, taking mobile and web products from first release to scale.
